32 week ultrasound

We went in today for the ultrasound. Both Cadence and Isabella are weighing around 4 pounds each and both are head down. Hopefully that means we can try for a natural delivery. Pictures are a little hard to get at this point, they are very smashed in there so I only have a good picture of Baby A. 3.5 weeks more until our 36 week goal so I'm hanging in there and counting down everyday.

Bedrest has started 32 weeks

I guess I was expecting this but when it actually happens, you have no idea how you are going to react. I went into my OB 32 week appointment and I asked her to check my cervix just in case since it's been 4 weeks. She checked and said it was closed but that Baby A is sitting directly on it and putting too much pressure on it. My OB told me she wants me to stop working and put my feet up. I called her later on that day to clarify what that meant. Basically I can only eat and shower, other then that I will be laying down. The goal is to make it another 4 weeks, I will have another ultrasound on wednesday so I can see where the baby is actually lying.

c-section date

My c-section date has been scheduled for July 7th at 12:30. So that would make me 38 weeks and 1 day. Let's hope Cadence and Isabella want to stay in that long. 90% of twin pregnancies are born prior to 36 weeks so we'll see....

Anne's shower

OC Baby Shower

Anthony's mom Jorja and his Aunt Sandra through me a shower two weeks ago. The weather was beautiful in Laguna and all the little detail decorations were beautiful. We had family and friends there. Thanks everyone for helping with the scrap book and for coming. Anthony and I got some great gifts for the girls, can't wait to put everything away. Hopefully I'll have the nursery done within the month. Here's a few pictures

28 week ultrasound

I had my 28 week ultrasound today. The girls are doing well. They are both about 2.5 pounds each which means 5 pounds of baby!! My doctor thinks most likely I will have a c-section around july 6th since baby A is still breech. So I have anywhere from 8 to 10 weeks left, hopefully it will go fast. Here's the girls!
