28 week ultrasound

I had my 28 week ultrasound today. The girls are doing well. They are both about 2.5 pounds each which means 5 pounds of baby!! My doctor thinks most likely I will have a c-section around july 6th since baby A is still breech. So I have anywhere from 8 to 10 weeks left, hopefully it will go fast. Here's the girls!

My sister and mom through me my first shower in Alameda. It was so good to see my cousin, college and high school friends. wish we lived closer. I got some great gifts for Cadence and Isabella, thank you so much for everyone that came. It was fun and a gorgeous day.

24 week ultrasound

We had our big 24 week ultrasound, they finally look like babies! They have cute shaped heads now, no more alien heads. baby B I think is the aggressive one, shes taking all the room up. And poor baby A is squished with her legs above her head. They are a little over one and a half pounds each and baby B is a couple of days ahead of baby A which is pretty normal for them. But they are measuring right where they should be. The tech said as they get further along the u/s will be more and more off. My cervix is nice and long and closed. I had a bunch of contractions today but I drank about 16 ounces of water and they seemed to go away. I need to have someone else scan the pics in else I would post sooner. now hopefully i can relax for a while but knowing me something will freak me out. Hopefully with the nice little vacation I'll get a nice body break.

Easter

23 weeks

Here's my latest belly shot. I'm only 23 weeks and feel I'm going to be enormous in the next month. The babies moves are starting to get stronger and Anthony can now feel them on the outside. We play the girls classical music and that's get them moving.

20 week ultrasound

Anthony and I went to our 20 week ultrasound. We usually go at 8am since you get in sooner. I'm learning that these two little girls are very sleepy around this hour. They tend to wake up around 10am and around evenings they move a ton. They are both 13 ounces, measuring only a day apart at 20 weeks, 4 days. I'm growing by the second and wondering now if I won't be able to fit in anything in the next month. Wearing sweats and leggings seem to be my staple. We are starting our funiture nursery shopping this weekend and hope we can find something we love. I'm feeling pretty good most days, just a little sleepy after work. Here's a 20 week pic.
